How can I pay for my items?
You can pay with your credit card, PayPal or Klarna.

Will my order be confirmed?
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. This means that we are currently processing your order. When placing an order, please ensure it is final and includes the full address to avoid inconvenience.

When will I receive my order ?
The delivery time is 10-20 working days.

How do I know where my order is?
You will receive a confirmation email from us with your tracking number. You can track your order on "track your order" on the website.

Where will my order come from?
To ensure that we can charge fair prices for our products, we have chosen to ship the products to you directly from our overseas supplier. In this way, we can save huge storage, transportation and packaging costs and instead offer you the products at a favorable price.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order is already on its way to you, we cannot cancel it because we have already incurred the cost of shipping and packing your order from the warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so prior to receiving tracking information from us. The cancellation will be confirmed by our staff.

How can I return them?
We would like to know why you are not satisfied with your order. Email us and we'll do our best to help. Please note that the return costs are your responsibility, as we already offer free delivery when you order. Please wait for our staff to send you the return label before sending the item back. We cannot refund you if you have returned the item to an incorrect address. Please note that for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of our hygiene products.

Where is my refund?
We are unable to refund you for items intentionally refused delivery, as such orders will not be returned to our overseas facility. If you do not want to keep the product, you can return it to the return address we have provided to you, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
